American Crafted Quality Materials

Our millwork is made using MDF crafted with 100% Southern Yellow Pine chips and shavings washed and classified. Our MDF materials receive High Energy Refining through three refiners.

Precision Equipment, Processes and Controls

Our crafting process includes top-of-the-line equipment like Weinig Hydromat Moulders and Delle Vedove Vacuum Coat Prime Lines. Our state-of-the-art process controls and testing procedures ensure consistent MDF product manufacturing from one production run to the next.
